Shri Sanjeeb Kumar is an Indian Railways Accounts Service (IRAS) officer of the 1990 batch. He holds M.A., LLB and MBA degrees from the University of Delhi. He is currently serving the Indian Railways as Executive Director/Finance/PPP, Railway Board. In addition to his duties, he has been entrusted with additional charge of the post of Director/Finance, IRCTC. w.e.f. 12.02.2020. Prior to this, he has held many important positions on different Railways and public sector companies. He has about ten years of corporate experience in DMRC and IRCTC as part of senior management.He is also part-time Director (Govt.) nominee on Bastar Railway Private Limited, Madhepura Electric Loco Private Limited (MELPEL) and GE Diesel Locomotive Private Limited (GEDLPL).
